Blue Lite Reviews

I will post the review of Blue Lite here written by Lilmike14:

My daughter (Daisy, 11) has had the privilege of being asked to trial the Blue Lite by HQ.

It arrived today and honestly looks amazing.

Being the Revomaze lover that I am, I had to try it.

Put shortly, I think it's the perfect introduction to the series.

In more words. It's simple, incredibly simple. But in an elegant way.
It is lacking the features of many, if not all, of the tougher mazes. And I believe that's by design, and I really like the design choices that have been made, to make this the perfect introduction to the series.

Simple as it may be, it feels like a Revomaze in every way that I've come to love, and if I could go back to when I began solving Revomaze, I'd have loved to have had this as my first.

It only took 4 attempts and a couple of minutes to solve, and for some of us, you may dislike hearing that. But I don't believe this maze is aimed at existing solvers.
I believe it's aimed at children, the elderly, and those looking at joining the rest of us in solving the series. And for that, I don't think there's a better maze.

With all this simplicity being mentioned, it is still a Revomaze, there are locations to fall off of the path and hear the dreadful click, there aren't many, but they exist.

I think the difficulty rating of 10 is accurate, but the easiest maze I have to compare it to is the classic Aqua, I'd love to hear what people that have solved the classic Sapphire will think.
I would recommend this maze to anyone, particularly those with kids. I'd probably recommend ages 7 & up. But if they're responsible enough to not throw it, the age can go even younger.

I can't wait for Daisy to try this, and hopefully get it open. She's tried the classic mazes, but they were too big and heavy for her. She's also tried the Black Lite, but that is more advanced and she struggles with it. This Blue however, is a worthy challenge for her and I hope she enjoys it as much as I have, it is her first maze after all.

Now, you may have noticed that the sleeve is pink. The core is genuinely a Blue Lite. But after a conversation with Daisy and showing her the range of colours, she fell in love with the pink. After that, Chris and Rachel decided to surprise her with a pink sleeve. And I'm sure she's going to love it.

She managed it in 40 minutes & 7 seconds.

I think she was pretty fast, but she has a previous understanding of basic Revomaze mechanics from playing with most of my mazes. I'm really proud of her for opening it, she did it in one session.
She was happy when she got the maze open, she was even happier to find a personalised certificate inside.

Here's what she had to say
"I really liked it.
It was fun, challenging and a bit hard.
It felt nice and easy to turn.
I like the colour, pink is my favourite.
The weight was really good, it wasn't too heavy either.
It is much easier to hold than a normal Revomaze.
I also liked that it had a certificate."
OPEN: AQUA - TURQUOISE - BLUE - GREEN - BRONZE - SILVER - GOLD - INDIGO - TITANIUM - RED - ORANGE - LIME - GUNMETAL - PURPLE - COPPER - MINT - HANDMADE - MERCURY - BLACK - BLACK MERC - SALMON - GREY - SAPPHIRE - EMERALD - RUBY - PEACH
