VAULTMAZE and orders update

Hi all!

I'm happy to share an update on how things are going with orders and VAULTMAZE. The good news is that I have a handful of Black Lite to send out, as well as a few V4s and HM V1s. It's been very busy here, we're making some good progress.

We have a number of ring sets made for pack 1, and working on finalising the sets for side B. Progress is steady, it's taking a little longer to get to the next packs. Rest assured, things are moving along nicely.

We did hit a small obstacle when the polycarbonate bowl in the machine cracked yesterday, causing a pressure issue. Not to worry - we've got a replacement on the way and we're expecting it to arrive by the end of the week. Despite this setback, it means VAULTMAZE will be back in action by August.

Out-of-Office Message

Dear all,

I wanted to let you know that on Wednesday, August 7th, I will be out of the office to attend a funeral. I'll be back on Thursday 8th, after our weekly meeting, and will respond to all communications.

Office relocation

Hello everyone,

We have some exciting news to share with you today! Puzzle Workshop is returning to our head office as the lease for the Unit has come up for renewal. With our team size reduced and the space feeling too big for us now, we've decided to bring everyone back under one roof.

Rachel will have her office upstairs, while production will be downstairs. The room has transformed into the Puzzle Workshop Studio, where we will broadcast our puzzles, podcasts, and livestreams.

We aim to improve our efficiency and plan production more effectively together. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition, and we're looking forward to having you join us on this journey.

The brand-new Puzzle Workshop studio

Hi all,

We would like to share snippets of our new studio! Chris has done a grand job of painting, rearranging, and setting up the camera equipment.

We will share the studio, which will also be utilised as an office and broadcasting facility.

The Unit is being slowly packed up while we take the items to their new home. This transition has been very exciting and we look forward to continuing working here at the Head Office/Puzzle Workshop.

Bank Holiday Out-of-Office Message

Dear all,

On Monday 26th August, our office will be closed and we will return on Tuesday 27th August. Where communications will resume.

In the past weeks we have had changes and revamps here at the Workshop; We have been packing from the Unit/Office space and moving back to the Workshop full-time where production is based, due to a renewal on our lease. We decided to do this to improve our production planning and keep it under one roof.

It has taken some weeks to set-up and prepare, we’re excited to announce our new studio! We plan to resume production back to normal in September and continue sharing monthly updates in the thread with you all.

We hope to host a live stream very soon on a weekend; on September 1st at 8:00 pm BST, to try to reach as many as possible. We hope to answer questions and share further updates; where I will provide the link via YouTube. I will keep you posted with further news.

Stream update: Hi all, we tested doing lives at the Unit and it worked well. With RTMP, at our new Studio, we were unsuccessful when trying to connect to the stream. In the week, we will be doing a unlisted live and we will be rearranging our first broadcast to Sunday 8 September.

We apologise for the failure in connection and we look forward to speaking to you in the next one.
