The Revomaze Mini that I paid for the day it was announced (going on three weeks now) has shown as "Processing" since then...

Did you make these before selling them, or are we going to end up "in the queue" along with all these interminable delays I keep reading about for other items?

If you actually have some in stock how about shipping a few?

I have the same problem........... I paid (25th of June) and I didnt get the puzzle until now. Even on the website was written that it is on stock. I got only the confirmation about the order.

Last info I received was Minis would be out end of July, possibly August....

Unless it is a new product anything put up for sale is usually available fairly quickly.

Dealing with a smaller shop this can be expected.

If you read the history the long awaited orders are always for new announced products

So unless you are waiting on voyager or salmon, it'll just be a little bit. Worth the wait.

May help to change the wording on the site to "pre order" or "in production" rather than "in stock" to avoid this in the future revo

I would 100% agree with ghxost. I don't think most of us mind waiting for the mini and likely would have bought regardless. I remain very excited to recieve it! It's all about managing expectations. When you list a product as "in stock"...I think most would assume the puzzle is made and ready to be shipped. I believe this is how the other puzzles have been handled lately. More correct terminology would have been "preorder with production planned for....". Just a bit of constructive criticism so that hopefully this practice isn't continued down the road.

Had the same feeling.

Can anyone confirm, that in future you will mention different states of products being available (or in production or even only in planning) on the website something like that:

- on stock (boxed, ready to ship)
- in production (ready to ship within approx. 8-12 weeks)
- in assembling (ready to ship within approx. 2-4 weeks)
- pre-order (expected production within 6-12 months)

Would be more transparent and great for customer satisfaction
