It made me worry about all the import taxes I am going to pay, after Brittain leaves the EU. Will make my next revomazes more expensive. Probably won’t stop me from buying more though...

I can highly recommend this puzzle. Really fun maze that is hard in a fun way.

I'm not finding any info about the type - I'm assuming it's a dynamic maze correct? Are there any areas/hurdles that have various names (e.g., bronze had the pool and jacuzzi). Haven't seen much on this.

Yes the Salmon is a dynamic puzzle and there are not any names for the different areas and I think some names can be spoilers for the Salmon. I think we should try to not give too good names for the areas :) I think it is better to discover it by yourself when solving the puzzle.
