2nd hand Obsession Pro Question

Hi Revomazers!

I was lucky in obtaining an Obsession Pro (and four other Revomazes) on eBay.

First question would be if this is a V1 or V2 Pro?
Or: is the core removable or not.

Second question is: I don't know how many times I already solved it (I know I saw the dot at least three times). The dot is freely movable (rotates 360 degrees).
I remember that the first time the dot only rotated about a third or at a a maximum half way around.
So I'm a little perplexed about that.

This looks like a V2 Pro to me... (Pretty sure there is NO V1 pro) The dot/hole you are seeing is not the ending... Keep on solving. When it's complete you should be able to remove the core.

Does a trap reset the whole maze?
I.e. if I fall into a trap in my sixth solve, do I have to redo the six solves again?
