Both the core and the draw bar are removable. Getting the maze pin to drop can be a bit frustrating.

On my Mini, when I'm still in the start ring, where you can turn the core around all the way, aat one specific position on the ring I can push the core into the *wrong* (so to the left) direction for about 1-2mm. Is this supposed to be like this, or is that a fault with my one? I have never seen that on any of the regular Revos.

Yep, that's totally normal, and you will find it on the Extreme Revos. There's a notch opposite the main reset line, and it's there to make it less likely that you'll bring the core back to reset too quickly and whack the pin into the wall.

That one is a bit trickier. Keep up the tapping and jiggling and hopefully it should come out...eventually.
