Hi Everyone,
This is my first post on the forum, though I have been avidly reading it for a while. I am posting to let everyone know that I have recently launched a puzzle blog, Seeking Ariadne's Thread: http://www.seekingariadnesthread.com.
The aim of the blog is to take a look at puzzles by speaking with the designers and craftsmen about the creative process behind the puzzles. My background is as a film critic/journalist so this seemed a fitting format.
In the first post I speak with Alfons Eyckmans about his high-level burr “Supernova”. I have other interviews in the pipeline and hope to update it regularly. I look forward to any feedback, either here or through the comments section!!
Hope you enjoy reading it!
Saul.

I make a habit of not clicking on links from new users to a message board.

I'm a regular reader here, just don't post as I've yet to find something to contribute to a thread.Chyron wrote:I make a habit of not clicking on links from new users to a message board.
Thanks for all the comments I've got, both here and through PM's. I'm compiling a links section for the blog, I'll start with a list of puzzle (review) blogs and I hope to have it up by the weekend. If I've missed a blog or other website that anyone here thinks I should add please PM me. I hope to create a comprehensive list over time.

There are several new posts on the blog, including interviews with Rainer Popp (on T8), Eric Fuller (on making puzzles) and Gregory Benedetti (on Little Slide Plank). Saul.

Its a really very good addition to the current puzzle blogs and puzzle reviews. Looks at puzzles/puzzling from another angle. Well done Saul!

Hi Jerry and Andy, Thanks for the comments!
For all the revomazers here interested in other types of hidden maze puzzles I just posted an interview with Stephan Baumegger on his "Quo Vadis?" puzzle, one of my favourites: http://seekingariadnesthread.com/2014/0 ... ze-puzzle/
