Apparently, the re-release is the same but is now called the 'Perplexus'

IDK why, but I got a bigger chuckle out of this one line than I have in a long, long time. Thanks for the big smile!

:) Nice to hear

I'm just kind of lost knowing the slvr is still 10 days away probably. I have ordered about 4 puzzles in the last week, varying degrees of complexity. Need things to occupy my brain when I'm frustrated at the Silver and want badly to put it on the bottom of the ocean.

Recently bought:

Danlock
2 - six piece burrs from bill cutler
perplexus

Do we have any unsolved brain teasers?

All brain teasers are solved in terms of winning any prizes but are still unsolved if you haven't worked them out. Walther (our BT creater) has worked on a couple of new ones that will be used soon on new BT competitions. And his latest one is evil!

Just got the Perplexus (used to be superplexus) the one I received doesn't have Sound or anything, but it has 100 'spots' and 3 distinct tracks that can all be run as one. Right now I'm continuously dying around spot 48....

This thing is great and my wife / 4 - year old love it too (truthfully i bought it to ease my conscience as I know they'd now have a puzzle they like while daddy is nowhere to be found solving the silver for days on end).

Great suggestion CR80

CDR, You're not missing much without the digital display and sound. The noise is very annoying (but can be turned off) and the display just shows split times, complete time and best times.

It's a tough nut to crack to go from 1 to 100 without falling somewhere but like the Revo - practice makes perfect and the parts you are currently finding difficult become easier to do.

After a few days I could get to around 98/99 then lose it! That's frustrating! Hang in there! Problem is: Will you be able to let your wife/kid get their hands on it?
