To be honest I really don't care when they will arrive. As long as they are good quality puzzles. :)

Most of us won't get them by Christmas at this point. It is usually 2 weeks for my in New York. Stuff sits in customs by me.

I don't think we've heard anything about the anodizing of anything except the backs, so with that, and assembly... I'd say I'm not expecting it this year.

It is looking doubtful so I wrote a letter to Santa and asked him to send some elves over to revo HQ.

All fingers and toes crossed, no news is good news! :)

I agree.. patience is a virtue ;)
Easily said from those who haven't been here for almost 5 years. any sentence discussing patience or waiting is best avoided. Like talking about religion or politics on a first date.

Who is Matt Black?
hmm I thought we all had a vested interest in a positive outcome... Unless I was mistaken?

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. I'm not expecting it this year, or holding my breath, I know what Chris is like! But he does indeed make great puzzles, so no doubt the wait will be worth it!!

pcad wrote:I was hoping the first twenty would arrive in time for Christmas. With holiday shipping it could easily take ten days for an overseas package to arrive. If they aren't in the mail by the 14th I'd say that they would have to spend more on expedited shipping of some sort to be delivered before Christmas.

Other than the past delays, I don't think a specific shipping date has been mentioned recently. I think a "they'll ship when they're ready to ship" attitude is the best they can do. I'd rather that than estimates that aren't accurate.

I suppose time's running out for a 2013 delivery of the purples also, assuming the last round is the 14th.
I don't believe that there have been any definite shipping dates stated. And I would say that pcad is correct that they won't give any until the first 20 are completely finished and ready to go. Im not in the first 20 but I am defiantly curious to see their feedback when they do get them. I am especially curious to see who is the fastest to open.

Mercury is the first and easyest puzzle in the r2 range.
I don't think it will be very difficult, otherwise jupiter with his moons wouldn't be possible for more than the elite puzzlers.
I bet opening time for mercury will be under 1 h.
We all have opened blue and learned to map the traps.
