If Kagen has sold out then puzzle auctions and private sales are your only option I'm afraid.
As far as I know only one forum member has a copy of that box, and I don't think he'll be parting with it any time soon.

There was one offered at Puzzle Box world a little while back, so you could check there. Not sure if it sold quickly or not, but I suspect it may well have.

Just got an email from Kagen saying my Diamond Box is finally ready for shipping!
I put a preorder in with Kagen nearly 2 years ago!
