My (very approximate) prediction for tonight's round is that 25% of the people left get knocked out, since many of the lower numbered people were already knocked out.

Once most of those with low numbers of entries are eliminated there is a very good chance that we will have many drawings where no one gets eliminated. As I said somewhere above, this can end up taking a very long time.

Agreed. My guess is two and a half to three months before the first winners. A long and agonizing loss for the fewer number people.

Yet the human condition dictates that I still have hope even though the scientist/mathematician in me knows otherwise =] Hooray for the human condition!
