I got an immediate response on my lack of newsletters but it's been 19 hours since I tried to put in an order and haven't heard anything

I think i got lucky. I was sitting at the computer when he sent out the first email about the lotus and it couldn't have been more than 3 minutes and i wrote him an order

Don't take it personally. Ever since the time around when this forum opened a thread in his honour Wil's been having trouble keeping up with all the orders. yeah i sent my order two and a half hours after the first email announcing the Lotus, but it was only 20 mins after the last stock update email. guess he's still trying to sift through all them orders then

I was behind the times but the one thing that really got me interested was the Open Lock, and that was apparently a seriously limited puzzle, so being hours behind makes puzzles like that a near impossibility =(
He was great to work with last order though, so I'll forgive him even if he sells out of what I want =P
