Cannot get a response.

Post by RevoBerg »

So when I purchased the Gold Plated CE edition set, Chris had communicated to me in an e-mail that he was going to send me Blue, Green plastic and possibly Bronze to play with as the CEs aren't really meant to be used, and they were out of stock (which was why I bought the CE set, to solve all of them)

He lived up to his promise and shipped me the Blue plastic one. Because I had made it into the swamp on Silver after hours, blue seemed to be a piece of cake (Maaybe 90 minutes max). I sent an e-mail with a picture of the opened Blue and the certificate, requesting access to Blue open, and for him to send me the Green plastic puzzle.

No response.

A couple months later I got my Platinum (Puzzle 50/50) and sent another e-mail requesting a few things:
Access to the Platinum registered forum.
Access to Blue Open forum.
Send a green plastic puzzle.

Again no response.

Is this an unreasonable request? Did I waste my money? Will I ever get the CE edition?

It has been a couple months since that e-mail and I am a bit frustrated. Even a "we got your e-mail and are really busy right now, but will respond eventually" would be nice.

e-mail Joseph (or PM RevoGuy)...
Chris hasn't been terribly responsive over e-mails as of late, but Joseph has been quite a bit more helpful.

good luck!

For whatever reason Chris seems pretty unresponsive lately, frankly why such communications aren't directly forwarded Joseph is beyond me - but whatever.

For forum related stuff (registered or open groups), PM or email me. For chasing orders etc PM or email Joseph (RevoGuy).

I have added you to the Titanium registered group (I assume thats what you meant).

Fun to see all those costumers posting their problems and (usually) resulting in a happ ending. :D

I agree with PM or emailing Revoguy-I think Chris is too busy with assembling golds and CEs (imagine having to assemble them, test them (open them one by one-gulp!), and post every one of them to different locations in the world) that can probably take months. Afterall all Revoguy's job is is keeping the communication going. Since that's what he only does don't hesitate to contact him. You'll get a response quick. EDIT: Something else I do not think Green obs were manufactured anymore...

And don't blame Chris too much-you often see a company that frequently gives away stuff (and sometimes EXPENSIVE stuff) for free? (on a related note, he seems to be dong those more often with CE buyers... Possibly thought he charged too much for them and wanted to make up or something? :? )

Back when I ordered Nik CE, Chris promised me a free blue extreme, but after a long time I still didn't get a notice of that coming even though I've got Ti and Orange already. This is when I emailed Joseph-and it got shipped the next day. I suppose some kind of notice of contacting Joseph instead of Chris can be put on so that these kinds of threads don't keep coming?

Some time ago I remember someone says there was three attributes a good company must have, and at the time he said Chris could only master two of them. I think now by Joseph all three has been achieved.
