I ordered mine today as well. I have to say I like the 'pay when it is ready' system better than the way the Gold was dealt with.

I tried logging in and even changing my membership type to "Lime" but still can't find it. Unless 10 or so people pre-ordered it without posting about it here (possible) I should be in the first 20.
I'm moving in 3 or so weeks. If I order right away and it can be shipped in the next day or so then it would be shipped to my current address. Otherwise I would have to wait until after I move and have it sent to the new one. I want to avoid having to depend on the US post office to redirect it based on a change of address.
