Would they sell any if the difficulty rating was set at the proper level of 1? ;)
You're right there. I doubt that they test them before selling them to be honest. They wouldn't want to play with one and then sell it as new I'd imagine.

From what I heard, I think Rainer felt pressured into making the 'paperweight'. But I don't know, just an opinion.

Right, now I've had a chance to properly play with the T7 I'm going to go ahead and say that from a design & manufacture point of view I think it is brilliant! Really really good! But as a puzzle, not as good as it has the potential to be.

I think with a few modifications it could've been a much better puzzle, and even though it's not very difficult I certainly don't consider it to be a paperweight.

I reckon I could actually mod it slightly and make it much harder. Don't worry though Ali, I won't. :D

How can a mod br done to the T7 Oli? I read somewhere earlier this thread Allard says the T7 is configurable. Can anyone just do it?

I wouldn't recommend it personally. Allard was talking about how the insides can be configured by adding or removing the parts provided. If you have one I'm assuming you'll have worked that one out though.

Does anyone have any of the Rainer Popplocks for sale?
I have just started to collect them and I think it is going
to be a daunting task, however that's what makes it fun!
Please pm me or email me at <email removed>
if you have one to sell or can refer me to someone else.
Thank your for your time and trouble. I may even pay a
"finder's fee" if I consummate a purchase from a referral.

Bill, I removed your email address from your post. There is software out there that has the ability to take emails from forum posts for spam use, so I thought it better to remove it. Anyone on here can always PM you anyway. :)

I'll keep an eye out for some Popplocks for you, but if one does come along be prepared to part with quite a bit of cash. :?
