Glad you finally made it! You've just stepped into a whole new world! Was the maze just like you had visualized?
apart from that one bit it was.

after opening the extreme and actually seeing the maze it really puts it into perspective on what your dealing with. My Green and Black should be arriving today :D

Tempted to swap to the Extreme's now (didn't want to spend £80 on my first one). I assume getting the Extreme Blue is somewhat pointless and I'm better skipping to the Green?

OUCH cry the masses ! No revo is pointless :)

The BlueEX does have piece 1 of the series code ... and you'll kick yourself if you miss the opportunity to snag one.

So do get the GR next but don't let BU slip by :)
I guess that's not quite what I meant. More a case of what to spend the money on now. In the short term, I might as well acquire a piece of the code and a whole new puzzle rather than something I gather is basically the same!

Hey Erhine - just razzing you.

Go for the Green ... it is a great puzzle experience and the core is a work of art to boot.

Cheers

Life keeps getting in the way of fun! This week it was record-breaking snowstorms and traffic problems eating up my play time. After another 6 or 7 hours this week I'm no farther than I was after the first 6 hours. I know there's a path here somewhere...
BTW - hats off to anyone that can work through one of these while sitting in front of the TV or even while just carrying on a normal converstation. Takes all of my concentration and focus to remember what I just tried that didn't work. Must have killed a lot more brain cells in my younger days than I thought. The green still sits on the shelf waiting for me to complete blue, Extreme Bronze still hasn't arrived although it DID somehow seem to get shipped to France??? Might be at the post office now. Because of the snow storm we haven't had any postal deliveries since Monday and I'd guess it will be Monday or Tuesday before they resume if we're lucky.

Finally got it! Huge breakthrough this morning and finished it up this evening. About 20 hours total. I know that's not a competitive time, but I don't care :D Now that it's open I might go ahead and try to map it before starting on the green.

Congratulations. No matter what your time, opening it the first time is the hardest. If you want to, you can go back now and try to open it faster but that's entirely up to you!

Trying to map now that you have it open isn't a bad idea. Try to map as you re-open it. It will help on future mazes.

Give your hands a break before starting Green, and enjoy!
