Maybe the serial # will start with B1 for "big one" as I saw Chris label it on the order page.

It would be too ease to solve with an engraved serialnr as reference point onthe shaft. The shaft will be blank, and the 7-sided ends will be just round as well. The serialnumber may become visible when the dot becomes visible, at which point we may be halfway to solving it.
Or he may engrave our names in stead of serial numbers...

I suspect that he probably knew about the release of the handmade, & if that's the case the I think there's nothing to worry about
Having names engraved sounds cool, however it will totally destroy any re-sale value (not that I think many will get sold on) and would stick out like a sore thumb in collector's sets... at the risk of sounding boring, I think I'd prefer to keep the standard numbering system tbhmaztec wrote:I want him to engrave in our names.

Chris should deffinatly make a Forum model, just for all the active forum goers. (Because I'll never have the money on hand to buy a limited edition
