I don't think everyone who bought a Blue SE bought the entire series and I think at least 1 set has been traded/sold another member.

#7 is a bit of a mixed bag actually.
It would appear that:
+the blue went to Alltech (see here)
+the green went to someone who didn't want to be named (see here), and
+the black went to cornett (see here (for those with access)).

& we know, the red, orange, handmade and collectors set are Stigy's...

As for the bronze and silver, I have no idea... still looking to see if there are any clues elsewhere...
