Delays are quite frequent with the release of new puzzles. It's not that the company is lazy or trying to short you in any way. It's a very small team that produces these things, and they generally require that the puzzles meet the highest standards before any will ship. If I remember correctly, Chris has also had to start producing these in house due to unforeseen circumstances. Give him time and you'll get an amazing product.

I encourage you to contact Chris or Jill directly regarding any concerns. I'm sure that they will give you a full refund if the wait is too much to bear.

Hey,

The new machine we are getting will be capable of making the R2s as well as the R1s. And that will make Chris' life much easier!

We are scheduling time to make these as well as getting everything else done, so will make sure Chris gets everything made soon!
