hey whats up?

Post by cornettracing80 »

well a couple days after i recieved a revored to try out...i made a stupid mistake in the garage at my dads...
long story short ...a metal bladed ceiling fan got a hold of my left hand...and the fan blade won :(
broke my thumb at the first
knuckle...and my middle finger at the first knuckle...toremy thumb nail off and took a large divot out of my middle finger....i thought it took my thumb off :o ....
starting to be able to clamp down without pain but its slow going.
the fan was in my blind spot...lol....and i tried to remove a flytrap froma hook in the ceiling....fan was on high...it bit me before i knew what was going on....had the fan wobbled anymore it would have cleaved me in the head too :|
not to proud of this mishap.

Since you are from Chicago you now need a nick name like "nine fingered Nacy" or "Steve "Stiff" fingers"

hmmmm, could it be the curse of the SE Revo
We've lost one to a broken hand, one is having to sell a collection, I took a nasty gash to the base of my thumb and just got the stitches removed as my Red arrived, and now you have tried to remove you hand altogether. Maybe I need a safer hobby ;)

Sounds painful. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery. I know it took me 3 months to fully be able to get pressure back in my pinkie after a motorcycle accident, and that was only a hairline fracture.

Maybe I'll not try for some of the harder puzzles!

(Ok, I'm hooked so I'll be giving them a bash (pun intended) who am I kidding!)
