mmmm...I'm slightly jealous. I lived in Vancouver for 3 years and spent a bit of time at Whistler/Blackcomb, Mt Baker and Vancouver's local mountains. I'm still on some of the mailing lists and see that this season has been a ripper!

A group of mates and myself have booked a chalet for a week in August at Mt Hotham here. Fingers crossed we get a great season too. I'm hoping that as we've had a cooler and wetter summer than normal that winter will be too.

Whistler was my first big mountain experience. I have been there 4 times. One of my favorites.

Sweet boarding pics!

Cant wait for next season, I'm heading to either Mayrhofen or Flaine....not sure which yet. Flaine was pretty good this year. :D

Been anywhere you would recommend?

I have only been out west in the states and to British Columbia. I really want to get New Zealand, Chile, and Europe one of these days. If can Afford it id also like to do a Heli only Alaska trip at some point in my life.

Whistler will always be one of my favorites just because it was my first big mountain and its amazing. I have been there 4 times and would go back any day. Jackson hole is probably my favorite so far.

You cant go wrong with Utah. Snowbird, the canyons, powder mountain. I have been to park city but wasnt crazy about it. Snowbasin seemed like it could be a good mountain on a clear day. We had horrible visibility.

Lake Tahoe is beautiful. Colorado is good too.

Im hoping to hit Mammoth and whistler next year. Possibly Utah again as well. And im going to try my best to get my Heli trip in as well. They keep canceling on me because of bad weather!! :x
