They are busy sending out the new revo's at the moment. Wait a couple of days, if they don't reply send an email again.

Hey Cornette, not sure why they aren't responding to you. Probably just slipped past them in the busyness. I'd say try again. Or maybe someone else here with more direct contact to them than myself can give it a shot for you.

No Response - Part 2

Post by hadem »

Like someone else recently posted, I too have not received any response when I emailed for support. It has been over a month since I sent my email, still no response. Who should I email about my problems?

Thanks.

Isn't she the one who told us she was going on holiday until the middle of January?

[Not sure how one rouses Chris Pitt these days...back in the old days it was nice when he would hang out on the forum and chip in from time to time - I guess fame and fortune must have got to him... either that or he's in the workshop making Handmades ... who knows?]

Yeh, but Nicole has only been away since just before Christmas, and I spoke to her a number of time in the weeks leading up to then. If you want to contact Chris just email him and CC Nicole (she'll remind Chris if he forgets). If you want you can CC me too and I can chase it if the response is taking a while. As I said though, I've been getting pretty quick responses these days.

Can someone let me know what Nicole's email address is? You have been getting pretty quick responses from Chris?

My first email was sent on the 24th of November. After 33 days of no response I sent a second email on the 27th of December. It has now been another nine days with no response.

I have always heard great things about customer support when it comes to Revomaze but it seems like everyone has a lot of trouble actually getting in contact with them...? That or you hear that it is a busy time. I know times get busy but when I figured a few days at most.

Long story short, I have two Revomazes that are faulty or not working. The first has a pin issue and the central shaft is now locked. The second has the bad flaking issue on the central shaft to the point where it is very difficult to use the maze, making solving the maze basically impossible.

At one point Chris told me he could help me with both mazes but since then it has been silence. Just want to figure out what he can do for me so I can use both of them again. :-(
