Also, was there any discussion on stand or orange designs?
OK, so have an odd answer!

Yeah I think there were two of us who did... ali and I - although, to be fair I dropped the "wza" bit... introductions started out with forum names though and there was a bit of "Ah, so you're so-and-so..." - nice to put faces to names for the guys I hadn't met yet...

There was a discussion about stands and we shared opinions and ideas - and I think that Nigel will be giving an official update, so I shan't say any more... there wasn't much discussion as the designs didn't make it into the car down from Revo-central - Chris was trying to get everything organised for the Spring Fair that kicked off this morning...

Thanks to Karl for my H&H (got it apart just before midnight last night!), Louis for the Open and Shut Case (and for showing me how to do it this morning!), Chris / Helen for the incredibly yummy cupcakes (which I suspect I was the only one to partake of), Nigel for Gill's flowers, an anonymous forum member for some of the puzzles I helped myself to from the cache (we'll keep the rest until next time?), Ali for the tin of biscuits and Karl (think it was you?) for the tin of sweets - seriously guys, I came off well ahead on this get-together...thanks for coming!

I can just hear that conversation now (more or less as I remember it):

Everyone: "WOW! It's an E!"

Oli: "that's not an E!... I'm going to take a photo to prove it's not an E..." *takes photo* "hmm... definitely looks like an E on the camera... damn"

I thought it was fitting that with thousands of pounds worth of puzzles on display, the one that got the biggest laugh of the day, was the one Oli had been given for free!

Finally being safe & tired back home, it's my turn to thank everyone for everything they did and brought along (for details see above posts of participants).
I was truly spoiled by Barcared and Allard And Gill who arranged all my (ground:-) transport, lunch, dinner, and even bed & brEakfast.
Puzzles in the morning with Barcared (locks & boxes), in the afternoon with all of the guys (too many puzzles to mention, including Revomaze 1, super cuby, and many puzzle boxes), in the evening with Allard (all Popplocks done before midnight!) and in the morning again with Allard (I need to improve on packaging puzzles, Allard where did you get those?).
Specail thanks to Revomaster for coming along and discussing many things with us.

I have had a fantastic weekend, solving more puzzles than I ever did before in one weekend (or one year even), and failing at several other puzzles that I now need to buy to get revenge.

I hope to be there again at the gadget show in April if it fits the agenda by then.
Thanks again for all the fun, this weekend was absolutely great!

PS: and thanks to the pilot that waited for me while Birmingham Airport security manually checked my handluggage because it had Hanayama cast Puzzles in it. Thank goodness I left my Revomazes at home!

...those all came from Grand Illusions - you should recognise them on this page:
