Hello everyone,

I was hoping someone might be able to clarify something for me.

When Chris replaced the original 100 Silvers sent with the modified version 2s, was there any external differences between the two? Chris vaguely recalls a dot being machined on the shaft of the version 2s but he can't remember for sure and I have a customer who would like to know.

If anyone has any info I would be grateful.

I believe that they were originally replaced with ones where the sleeves had a double rather than single dot. However at some point this was stopped and all further Silvers from then on were just assumed to be V2s unless otherwise stated.
