Hi All

I have been speaking to USPS and the American Embassy here. Because we are sending the mail "Recorded" they pass through customs and that is where they stay.

It appears there is a staffing problem there and it has been taking up to 11 days to get through. There is no update or chasing before the 11 days is up.

I note Royal Mail takes 1-2 days to get to the NY hub and then it sticks. We have also had issues with UPS so have removed their service.

Does anyone know how to teleport!

I am very sorry for this and understand your frustration. We have not put enough effort to get the postage sorted - so I am now putting some more effort into this as well as being more online listening to you all.

I will let you know how I get on.

I personally will in no way ALLOW the crappy overall service of any of the US postal services to affect my overall view of Revomaze.....how horribly helpless we are making Chris feel...he can do absolutely nothing to hurry up the fat ass overpaid poor attitude donut addicts at the customs office.
And we all know how motivated the jerk offs at the USPS are about their jobs!
put yourself in his shoes for one second and pretend your life's ambition was riding on the prompness of these two agencies!.....
he would be better off putting the puzzles in a bottle and tossing them into the ocean in my opinion....we are lucky those so called "officers" at the csutoms dept. ever get them to us at all.....but i know a guy who got marijuana seeds from the "seed bank" through the high times magazine in under 6 days.....i wish someone would explain that to me....
anyway....Chris has done everything humanly possible....if anything we should be embarassed for our selves that it is this much a hassle for HIM..not for us

npr/bbc reported today that the overall structuring of the usps was crumbling that the customer base has deminished to around 20% due to the internet....and that they have more branches than McDonalds,Walmart,and walgreens combined....they think they are going to have to close alot of them...finally their over the top horrible service has come around to bite their butts...im glad...my postman looks like a drunk anyway....i am ready for a paperless society and to pay my bills online let it die i say!!!!.... ...justice!
