Damaged Maze!!

Hi guys i am Matt, i know a few of you from the isis adventure but thought i would introduce my seld anyway.

I opened my green revo last night and i am not sure what has happened.

A great deal of the maze has been damaged, I think maybe one side of the pin is rounded and the other is flat and it was put in backwards.

The Top layer of the maze has been stripped back and is now flaking off, it is now a rough gold layer and not a nice smooth silver one like it is suppose to be.

Can i have some advise on where to go with this.

They are going to nickel plate it again for me if I would so wish. Now thats what i call customer service

Sorry to hear about the damaged maze...
But, Revomaze's customer service is amazing... Chris constantly works hard to make us happy!

Congrats on making it through!! Sorry to hear about the core flaking off, but really that very rarely happens. I doubt it was just the pin, I've run my maze with the pin both ways with no issues. Must have been a combination of things that caused it. Other than that how did you like the challenge?

I think the puzzles are wicked !!!

I want a Bronze one but i can afford it yet I almost ordered one today but had to control my self .

They are fantastic puzzles I am still fairly new to puzzling so i takes me a little longer to get around than you guys but I still hve great fun

Bronze kinda scares me but I will give it my best shot

I have to admit I am new to puzzling too, before the Sharper Imaage "Puzzle" I was a virgin of sorts to the high end puzzles. they are wicked though!!!!!

i as well started like adam with a puzzle of that variety....
its hard to go back to a plastic rubiks cube
