My four year old niece is a genius.
She likes to play with my RevoMazes. I give her the plastics because she dropped the Bronze on her toe - once. :\ Apparently asking her if she wanted it amputated was the wrong response to that.
She hasn't solved any of them yet.
But.
Yesterday, she was playing with my red. Off and on all day. In the late afternoon she handed it to me and told me she was tired of playing with it. I looked at it and was dumbfounded. It was in a position I had never got it into before.
After an hour of carefully moving it around and trying to figure out how she got there, well, I made progress. I am past the rainbow now. Thanks niece! However, I am still not done. In fact, I am not even sure what getting past the rainbow has gained me at this point, other than more confusion.
So, my time so far:
23 hours -- stuck in rainbow.
Niece's time:
Bit over 2 hours -- past the rainbow.
I am now past the rainbow thanks to her, but really I have no idea how she figured out how to do it. :\
And there is still more to figure out with this maze, yikes.
