Yeah! I mailed joseph instead, so he has sent me a new maze, and i have sent my broken maze to him. They discovered that i had broke a wall. So a charge of £10 was necesarry, but because I am new to Recomaze comunity, they waived that charge So i got a new one for free (Or i had to pay for the shipping of my revomaze though) So i am a happy costumer! I really appreciate the comunity/forum alot!

Yes, the service is just downright excellent. I always say that a good product is only half of a good company-attitude is another important factor. Both Chris and Joseph replied very quick and positively to my questions, and helped me a lot during my CE order-better than what I thought previously any good costumer service should be. He had also entitled me to a free blue, just to let me try out the mazes before the CE arrives. This is, apart from the extremely clever designs, a big reason I liked the Revomazes so much. It's so hard to find a company that don't just want profit but actually cares about costumers nowadays.

Great to see another "Happily Ever After" ending. Now the problem has been solved I guess the topic can be locked?
