My gunmetal was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I don't have it yet. I called the customer service line and asked what was going on. If you are an international customer (like me) who placed a phone order for a gunmetal, this information will affect you:
When I didn't hear from my brokerage in the USA saying they received my shipment, I was fearful my order wasn't placed on time and the gunmetal had sold out. Luckily, everything sounds like it's going to work out, just a few days longer than expected.
The words "for next time" suggest there will be more being ordered... perhaps?
There was an error with the manual transactions that were placed the day the Gunmetal came out and our warehouse ran out of stock very fast. The stores had them in stock so everyone that placed a manual transaction on the 8th, the day it came out, had to have a store manually ship what they had in stock when the warehouse ran out. This was discovered on Monday as the warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and the Gunmetal was ready for purchase the afternoon of the the 8th, after the UPS truck had already shown up that day.
Basically, we had no idea that all of our Revomaze: Gunmetals would sell out within 24 hours and we now know for next time how many Revomazers love to stay on top of the next model, especially for one that exclusive to a specific store.
