Jammed gunmetal?

Hello, this is my first post on this forum so hopefully i ll do it right and not be off topic or dont broke some general rules here. Please i recently buy gunmetal revomaze on ebay. It was from experienced seller and he had perfect reviews and rating socno problem there i think. Nevertheless the revomaze came in what looks like stuck or jammed position, with the core protruding on one side, so i thought a while maybe it just need reset. But the core is stuck with no posible physical movement to any direction. Seller told me it was perfectly dine when he sent it so i am wondering. Is it possible to somehow broke the inside or this non movement situation is part of a puzzle? Because it seems it cant be reset or it cant be moved with it. Thank you very much for any kind of help.

It should always be possible to move in one direction and the Revomaze should be delivered in a reset position.

How was the Revomaze packed? Had it room for moving around in the box or was it well protected? Was it in the same position in the pictures on ebay (jammed position)?

When i bought it, it was photo in reset position, that is wha i show interest in it in a first place. When it was delivered, it was it a stuck position like i described but it was absolutely meticulously packed, even though it was not in original box. The seller has 100 percent positive reviews with few hundresa sales so i figured it was not his intention to sell it if it were broken.

It doesn't sound like it has been damaged during shipping then but it shouldn't be possible to jam Gunmetal so I think it might have been dropped on the floor or something and bent the pin or broke a wall. It sounds like it is broken.

You should contact the seller and ask for the money back and an explanation. Could the package maybe been opened in customs and they have damaged the puzzle?
