Ternary Burr goes up on Cubic Dissection in Oct 2010 and nobody bid on it with a starting price of $300. It then reappears on CD in June 2011 and goes for $552. Now it's up to $925 and counting on Baxterweb! What's that all about?

Yeah, there's a lot of stuff I'd be tempted by in this one, but having just dropped a lot on puzzles in the last month, I will have to be sensible. Still, who knows. Maybe the bidding on items that are available directly from the maker (I'm thinking Lee Krasnow as a perfect example here) won't go for 3 times what they can be bought for currently?

Been looking at them, a couple I like but I would not buy. Ferguson's Paradox and that toothpick one look good.
