Could I just ask, has anyone else on here had issues with Yodel, the courier company that delivers Wil's parcels in the UK?

I'm currently having no end of trouble with them.

Not me!

My parcel arrived today - it has taken only 2 days to reach me from Holland! Most UK post takes longer than that!
The 3 dovetails are very beautiful! Not difficult to open but really nicely made and clever!

The Tritalon puzzle also looks lovely! Mine seemed to be seized up when it arrived - there was absolutely no movement at all. I put it in the freezer for 1/2 hour and was quickly able to free it up. Also not a difficult solve but very nice mechanism.

All these will certainly look good on display - I hope to God he gives it a rest for a while now. I need my finances to recover!!!

It did say mine was out for delivery today too but I saw no sign of it.

I never really have problems from will but if its moved over to YODEL thats not good because they are a nightmare for deliveries to me.

You guys in UK and Europe always have the advantage of getting your hands on Wil's and other puzzles first! For me in Singapore, I have to wait anywhere between 8 to 14 days before I receive them!

...as Kevin says, the packages normally get here in a couple of days (my cubes and Tritalon arrived yesterday - posted Monday) - with one exception when they didn't appear to try and deliver it, then told Wil the address was incorrect, before shipping it back to him a few weeks later saying that there was no-one home...(all of their excuses didn't stack up)

EVERY other time, they've been good though...

Hmm...must just be me then.

They delivered the parcel very quickly, but as I was out and it was 'sign for' they took it back again. Now I can't book a redelivery online because my postcode is invalid, I can't book it over the phone because I spent 15 minutes in the queue at about 15p a minute only to be cut off, and I can't find any address as to where my parcel is to go and collect it.

I've had to resort to sending them an email, other than that I have no idea how to get my parcel from them.

Yes I had this with Home Delivery Network a while ago. I ended up ringing the local depot and sorted it straight away.

There is a freephone general number 0800 157 7777 to arrange redelivery in all areas.

Otherwise search here: http://www.saynoto0870.com/companysearch.php for local depots etc.

Yodel are an unmitigated nightmare :(

I'm always having to drive to the depot to pick stuff up and it's a good hour's round trip :(

Last time they put a card through, we didn't even know who it was addressed to a neither of us were expecting anything and they don't even fill the cards in. When we got to the depot to pick it up they couldn't find it then said they'd made a mistake and sent it back to the supplier

No apology, we'd wasted an hour and fuel going there expecting to pick up out parcel that we'd arranged to pick up all because of their screw up, they wouldn't or couldn't even tell us who'd sent it :x
