Re: It's BAXTERWEB time!
The original description for the item suggested that it was broken and unsolvable. I noticed that the description was altered after only a few hours of the auction being open. I think the best description of the design will be with the instructions it comes with, other than that you could contact James (based on Oli's comment).

Thanks bluesign 2k, I didn't see that.

As the original exchanger and designer of the puzzle have now sadly passed away I think James would be your best bet.bluesign2k wrote:The original description for the item suggested that it was broken and unsolvable. Re: It's BAXTERWEB time!
Just been outbid again on final item - can't be bothered to chase it now. Especially as I picked up another couple of Microcubology puzzles yesterday on Puzzle paradise and also have another batch of twisties coming from Hong Kong. Need more space!

I have so far won 2, have one ending tonight, and a fourth that I'm still in the running for. Who knows, I may end up with a few this time round.

Harrison is a great brand of lathes. No idea if they are still around or if they make mine lathes, but I use a couple of old ones and they work like a treat. Make sure you see it before you buy as they vary so much. Get one you like the feel of, and get a couple of cermamic tips for when you feel you are ready for them.a-maze-ing wrote:Look for the Proxxon brand miniature machines. I recently bought their MF70 router, and am saving up for a mini table saw. That (and the other high bids) is why I did not join the Baxter auctions this time (ok, back on topic already;-)wallum wrote: P.S. Does anyone here have experience with (mini) metal lathes/mills?
