If anyone is interested in a brilliantly made mechanical puzzle then I'd recommend looking at this puzzle by Will Strijbos: http://www.johnrausch.com/puzzleworld/p ... er_box.htm

I ordered one last week and I'm very happy to have it in my collection. Plus Will is a really nice guy.

He just started making a new run after his limited edition lot was sold. PM me if you're interested and I'll pass on his contact email if you need it. :)

I just contacted him as well. Could someone with more knowledge than myself post a brief history/summary of "models" here?

Model A: Still for sale via third parties, lacks a feature.

Model B: Not for sale, more difficult than Model A.

I have the B - definitely worth having. It's exceptionally difficult to solve once, then very easy. a must have for the serious collector

Waiting list is for Model B. It is not for sale because he ran out of them and is trying to decide if he wants to make more or not.

I'm on the waiting list for Model C :p. I told him he needed to make an ew one and I wanted to be first in line.

That site has a few goodlooking puzzles!
Does he make them on order or sell them for fixed prices?

That site isn't Will's, it's only a puzzle collectors page. But I believe Will has fixed prices, but as he makes them himself you'll have to contact him to find out what he currently has.
