Nope. It was all Ali's design.

I believe the Minis were quite labour intensive to produce, so if they ever did materialise again I doubt they would be anywhere near the same cost they were previously.

It really depends on what you're after. The Blue is more difficult than the Aqua, but doesn't introduce anything new into play. The Green does introduce something new, and is more difficult.
