I guess it is very much how one thinks. I know some have said the canyon has stumped them for some time, to me the answer seemed obvious.
As for gunmetal, it is really starting to annoy me, but I will discuss that in its own forum.

Its open, reassembly
Well I got my silver open. Some good puzzles in there, although it didn't take me too long to work them out, actually doing them was slightly more work. In fact the part which took me longest was a slightly steep ramp just after the canyon which required more force than I normally want to use, I tho...

Re: Pin won't drop.
Well even after overnight in the stand the pin refused to drop. I went with applying some heat rather than cooling it down, my thought being that this may help if the problem is too much grease. A few bumps after this and its finally open. Mazes like this (green also falls in the same category), I d...

Re: Pin won't drop.
I have got to the end of copper and am having trouble to get the pin to drop as well. Its been put in the stand to see whether it frees itself overnight. Likewise, all the others I have done the pin dropped at the end fairly quickly, with at most a little tapping required. At this point I cannot say...

Re: Orange Opening Time
Bronze took me almost exactly a week of almost non stop play. The Orange took me almost exactly a month to open and it took help/tips from 3-4 different members here for me to open as well. If anyone manages to open the Orange faster than it took them to open the bronze, I would be extremely impres...

Getting started with gunmetal
Now I have completed the foundation set, I am moving on to gunmetal as my next puzzle. Firstly I have requested access to the gunmetal owner group but I am still waiting for access to be granted. I have explored the maze and have a partial map in my mind. I say a partial map as there is a region I c...

Re: Replacement maze pin
After an email conversation with Rachel, this has now been resolved. Lesson for all, be extremely careful when you remove the shaft from the puzzle and make sure it is properly back together when reassembling it.

Re: Replacement maze pin
Heard back and no RevoHQ don't sell a single pin, just the spring and pin kit. Unless they can offer a cheaper postage option, may be I will hold off until I am buying some more mazes and so can combine it with other items.

Re: Replacement maze pin
I'm curious if the pins/springs are generally interchangeable between mazes? I know Copper has a different pin size, but for example do Aqua, Blue and Green have interchangeable parts? Asking because I lost the spring to Aqua when it opened, but I now have Blue and Green open and I'd rather leave G...
