Well I tried the freezer trick today and it didn't work. This sucks. Now its a waste of money.
Any new ideas would be welcomed, a Revomaze representative would be nice.

Still wont open. Is this what happens if you put the pins in the wrong holes?

Maze solved but won't open.
I have solved many times but I'm worried I put it back together wrong. I've tapped until the cows came home but the pins won't release. Any ideas?

I bought the Blue Marbles version last month. I am still waiting for my Green and Silver from the UK. I have to say I was disappointed that it said Marbles instead of a serial number. Also, the certificate has no number. That's not to say that I don't love the puzzle, I do. But from now on, I'll buy...

Solved. Had a lot of fun solving this puzzle. I regret that I couldn't figure out how to actually get in the maze, but, as I have already said, I just came off destroying a Strijbos puzzle. I don't know how long it took me, probably about ten hours. Yes, I am slower than most. But I was in no hurry....
