Re: Maintenance on unopened puzzle?

More complex puzzles with dynamic elements will not fair well with large amounts of standing lubricant and could cause things to behave unsatisfactory. (ie. spraying with WD, dousing with mineral oil.) A light rub of 3-in-1 oil on the inside of the sleeve/outside of the core would be enough to propa...

Re: 2nd hand Obsession Pro Question

This looks like a V2 Pro to me... (Pretty sure there is NO V1 pro) The dot/hole you are seeing is not the ending... Keep on solving. When it's complete you should be able to remove the core.

Re: Suggestion for Chris Pitt and Revomaze

You can use 3 in 1 oil for cleaning once opened. Found at most hardware stores for less than $5.

As a side note...not all mazes will respond well to lube when unsolved. It can make "things" stick. The puzzles should function great dry.

Looks like one of mine that I made. Only made a handful... Cost was about $100-125 if I remember what I was charging to make them....

Re: Production Mint - Frustrating in a Bad Way

I noticed the shorter length right away as well. I did some measurements even... :) The Mint Handmade measured in at 9.4mm on the flat part only. Both ends were about the same measurement. The production mint had differences in lengths for either end. THe "Left" end was 8.2mm and the "Right" end is ...
