Re: Mercury Release
Hi All, Chris has now returned and i have been able to see the drawbar issue - it is about 1mm too short, the drawbar twists at the end reset and it shouldn't do. The general consensus is for Chris to work on the replacement (issue 2) bars over the weekend and for both the UK and ROW puzzles to be ...

Re: Puzzle Interview Blog!
Hi Jerry and Andy, Thanks for the comments! For all the revomazers here interested in other types of hidden maze puzzles I just posted an interview with Stephan Baumegger on his "Quo Vadis?" puzzle, one of my favourites: http://seekingariadnesthread.com/2014/01/26/playing-blind-stephan-ba...

Re: "A Plugged Well" by Mr. Puzzle
Well, the first box is kinda expensive  i wont buy it if it doesnt have a great mechanism and mind blowing parts . I bought the revo's because of these criterias. 8-) You'll be surprised! No complicated parts but very "elegant mechanism" (to borrow the phrase from another puzzler) an...

Re: "A Plugged Well" by Mr. Puzzle
My plugged well broke After the first time I re-assembled it. It was a cool puzzle, but part of it is fragile. I don't know if parts swelled up or what but even without the broken part, part of it won't close. Hmmm, which part did exactly brake?? If you are looking for a heavy duty SD puzzle that w...

Re: "A Plugged Well" by Mr. Puzzle
I imagined the size now , i bet it has some really neat tricks in it! A couple last questions: 1. How much hours did it take you to solve (open+close) 2. If you can choose between the Well or Washington Monument, what will be your choise? Can't remember now but maybe about 2 hours in total. I have ...

Re: "A Plugged Well" by Mr. Puzzle
Yes, its very good! but be careful when you play with it. Easy to loose parts which will prove difficult (but not impossible) to retrieve later if you reset the puzzle wrongly. This was what happened to me. http://smallpuzzlecollection.blogspot.sg/2012/08/a-plugged-well.html I read your blog yester...

Re: General Pre-launch Discussion
I think producing and sending in batches is more effective than waiting for all 100 puzzles to pile up at revo HQ before sending them out. As the numbers are fixed nobody will have a "first batch set" advantage, its even possible to get a product with problems that are fixed later. My und...
