How is a revo made?

Post by Fabregas485 »

If you guys are anything like me, you would love to know how things are made. I found this a while back and have watched it several times.

i cant see videos or most photos while i'm at work, but I'm assuming that's the one Chris did a ways back. its actually a machine making a blue Revo shaft. the machine made it at quarter the normal speed so that cooling oil wasn't required (otherwise you couldn't see what was going on), and then the video speed was quadrupled so that it appears in normal speed. watching the video, you can see that the entire machining process isn't there yet the video is still pretty long. my point is, it gives me a greater appreciation for how long it takes to make a Revomaze. and that doesn't include deburring, QA, anodizing, platting, assembly, packaging, testing, or design.
