Update from RevoHQ:

We can now confirm that production has begun after Chris double-checked the maze and reached the end. Two of our testers will be sent prototypes before they are anodised. The knurling on the end cores has now been finished. The engravings and machining off the excess material on the ends will come next. Once this has been completed, the batch of 125 will be sent to the anodisers, where both the core and sleeves will be anodised black.

We look forward to providing more news on developments with you all soon.

• Available to pre-order on Christmas Eve, 2023
• The Black Lite sold out in January, 2024
• The tools you need to access your maze, retrieve your certificate, and put your puzzle back together are included in the Tool Kit that you will receive with this puzzle
• When you pre-order the pilot, you will have an unique voucher with a 10% discount that will apply to the REVOMAZE Lite - 8 Set via the store. To retrieve this discount, please email helpdesk@thepuzzleworkshop.uk
• Rachel will contact you with your serial number during February, 2024.
• Please note, that the only puzzles we will be engraving are on the pilot. The numbers will be allocated as per the order, we will send a confirmation email with your number

We are currently moving forward with the Black Lites; due to the recent loss of our team member Joshua, re-doing the programmes, and organising the workshop, the timeline has been extended by a month. As soon as the Black Lites are back from the anodisers, we will begin sending them (both individually and from the sets) we will contact our customers to confirm their serial number from next week.

So maybe end of March? Who knows.

We are currently moving forward with the Black Lites; due to the recent loss of our team member Joshua, re-doing the programmes, and organising the workshop, the timeline has been extended by a month. As soon as the Black Lites are back from the anodisers, we will begin sending them (both individually and from the sets) we will contact our customers to confirm their serial number from next week.

So maybe end of March? Who knows.

Checking the new shop, the 8-set is listed at £427.
If I where to just order the Black, and use the 10% discount on this 8-set, it would have been cheaper than ordering them all in the 8+black bundle?
Not a big deal, just thought to mention it.

Do we know if it's at all possible that the colors can be swapped? They would really look so much better with the level color on the sleeve instead of the core I believe!
(Will be impossible to judge on the black though, as both sleeve and core would be black. But for the set itself, it would look much better with the sleeves in different colors. They would be displayed in a closed fashion, so we see mostly just the sleeve.)

Yes, that is true, but maybe you have to pay for an extra shipping fee in that case?

I do not think so. I think it could be way to hold the costs down due to you can have many colored sleeves in stock and use them for all different mazes. I agree that I think it had looked better swapped.

I have a little trouble imagining the end result so it will be interesting to see the first photos of both the Lite Black and a colored Lite maze.
