Thanks ReVoRabbit, that’s all good news. I can understand why they want to keep their design choices and only fix things as needed rather than change the design itself. Makes sense.

They may change the design, I don't know. I had suggested changes in certain areas to resolve an issue that could have been a user complaint. I also reworked the maze design and submitted that to show how I would go about it. Not that my revision didn't need work, but it was a couple of hours of tinkering.

To stay true to this being a JJRS design, they are actively avoiding using my suggestions but still addressing my concern. I have a lot of respect for following this path.

I have seen some of the changes in the next iteration of Peach. I think these are a great step forward. Things are not finalized yet, so there may or may not be further changes, who knows. I still think they left all of my favorite parts just the way they were in the prototype.

Your Peach is currently being machined! We have the sleeves here at HQ so the next step will be sending the mazes to the platers!

Are these nickel plated? I thought they were going with just brass these days.

Good question. I think it has been changed back and forth. Anyone that knows the latest regarding this?

A new update a couple of days ago:
Your Peach maze is currently being plated! We will be collecting them in approximately two weeks and then we can start assembling.
So they will be plated, but two weeks is a long time just for the plating...
