Update / 16-02-21

Hi all, we hope everyone is doing well. To fill you all in since January, Chris has been working very hard by himself since the start of the year to ship many orders out during the lockdown over here. Now we’re up to date Chris would like to use this time to focus on the outstanding puzzles. As you may have noticed if you’ve visited the website recently, all puzzles are out of stock for the time being although a re-stock is planned shortly.

The team have access to emails and social media so please if anyone needs to contact us please do and we’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.

We will be re-stocking the website although the ones you haven’t seen for a while such as Indigo, Orange etc are still planned to return and will be converted into V3 version via the machine Chris has at HQ.

We hope this update has helped - we will be sure to post any new updates when we have more details. Stay safe and be well!

Dear all,

We have some very sad news to tell you all, on Tuesday morning Chris’s Father has peacefully passed away. Chris and his family are grieving through this extremely difficult time, our condolences are with Chris and his family.

We would like to thank you all for your support in these challenging times. Due to the high volume of emails with regards to order enquiries, we’d like to reassure you that orders are being taken care of by Chris, as many of you will know Chris is currently working on his own during a National Lockdown here in England.

Chris will be preparing orders to ship throughout this week and next week. We have sent out emails to our customers directly who have been anticipating their orders soon. If you haven’t received it in your inbox please check your spam folder or we can re-send it again.

Any new orders which come in from today will ship W/C 22nd-March-21 which has now been updated on the website.

Update 19-03-21

Hi all, we hope everyone is well. We wanted to update everybody who has lately placed an order on our site.

Orders placed where it states ‘Shipping W/C 8-Mar-2021’ will now ship during next week ‘Shipping W/C 22-Mar-2021’.

Orders placed where it states ‘Shipping W/C 22-Mar-2021’ will now be ‘Shipping W/C 29-Mar-2021’.

Unfortunately there’s been a setback due to the engraving machine card burning out which has prevented Chris from engraving. Fortunately Chris has another machine which is now set up and will be running over the weekend.

We thank everybody for their understanding and patience and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We’ll be sure to keep you all updated!

Update 1st April, 2021

Hello everyone, we wanted to give you an update on shipping before the is away for the Easter break until the April 6th. On the 6th, we will respond to all emails and messages.

Orders marked with the phrase "Shipping W/C 8th-March-2021" will be shipped this weekend.

Orders labelled ‘Shipping W/C-22nd-March-2021' will be shipped on Tuesday, April 6th.

Chris will do as many as he can, and if yours isn't among them, Chris hopes to complete the remaining orders by Friday, April 9th.

We'll be away until April 6th for the Easter break, and if all goes well, we'll be back at Revomaze HQ on April 12th.
