Just spent my puzzle budget from sales of completed puzzles I don't want to keep long term. A lot easier to spend than make haha!
Hope to see at least one more batch later :)

Just finished the mini that I recently received. Took about 45 min but I was familiar with the blue maze. Overall I'm very happy with the quality of it and impressed with how well it works considering how small it is. I'm not sure how the original ones worked but it sounds like they were more difficult to operate than what I experienced with the CNCed ones. Just giving my two cents for anyone on the fence about getting one.

I can confirm. While I loved mine when I had it, it wasn’t smooth and was disappointed in quality - more of a novelty item for me. That being said, it was still a fun small puzzle. The new units are of higher quality and I’ve heard they’ve addressed the feedback received from the original units.

You can’t go wrong getting a new mini if you want one!

I struggle opening my mini.

I know how to get past the "special" point. Should it be the same as the blue maze afterwards? I simply fail to manage the following 180° turn.

Ya it's the same. The first time I passed the difficult part I opened it.

It took me more than 2 hours to open it for the first time. Boy this thing is unforgiving

But it works perfectly and it's soooo cute
