Well, something happened, now I have mercury status but not elite or voyager status and I still can't order a number.

OK, now it worked, thanks.

Go to the R2 voyager page. There should be two items that you can put in the shopping cart. The lottery number and the R2 Mercury.

That's a nice reflection of Sophie and Chris in the shiny central brass hub of that Jupiter prototype on the page the link goes to.

Juuuuuust to be nit-picky. It says the credit will be good towards "one of the 10 puzzles" (In bold and underlined)

Is this just a pure credit to the account or is it really a voucher for 120 off of ONE puzzle?

The reason I ask is 120 is greater than the guaranteed lock-in rate Voyager status permits, and if we can only use it for one- 20 Pounds are being forfeited.

Either way, even with my crappy luck in the purple lotto, I'll give this a shot. I have better luck with cards though.

Hi chyron

Just to clarify, you will have what you have paid against any invoice including post and if there is some outstanding, that will go against the next invoice. The idea is so you do not loose out.

Hope that helps

Best regards

Thanks Chris,

I figured as much, but It's the little details that can cause issues.

you guys are supposed to request the number by emailing or adding it to the invoice as a comment.
