Re: Purple Lottery 2 - Rounds 1 to 9
Today's stats of interest (maybe?):
19% of the remaining field were eliminated last night (round 3).
1 person matched 5 balls. [edit: fwiw, the same person matched 5 number in the last draw too... and they don't have 15 numbers (!)]
3 of those eliminated had 15 numbers, yet there are 5 people with 6 numbers or less who remain.
Having numbers 5, 23, 27, 32 or 33 seem to make you particularly unlucky as they've seen the biggest decreases in remaining people having those balls. Conversely, 10, 15, 18, 34, and 37 seem to have seen the smallest decrease.

Oh my god
It's a "SAD DAY" when stats are of interest!!
I'm still in if that helps with the numbers/stats etc
Hmm curiously I do kinda want to know what the stats are, we should be able to now work how people are left and what are chances are!

Re: Purple Lottery 2 - Rounds 1 to 9
Currently the fewest numbers needed to stay in is two. There are no numbers that have come up 3 times.
It only took 3 rounds to eliminate all sequences of 15 consecutive numbers that start with 18 or higher. That's about half of them.
Stats are the only thing that we can discuss since we aren't supposed to share what or how many numbers we have. I think there's an issue about anonymity, but that's just a guess. Chris has given us enough clues that those questions can be answered by anyone willing to do some repetitive simple math. Why are we whispering in yellow?

Re: Purple Lottery 2 - Rounds 1 to 9
While we're waiting for the next drawing, I looked at what Chris said about someone matching 5 numbers in the last two rounds. With only one duplicate between rounds 2 and 3, it's obvious that he has at least 9 numbers.
He also could have as many as 14 and still have only 1 number duplicated in the three rounds since there are only 13 numbers that haven't been duplicated. There are only 4 numbers in the second round that aren't duplicated so the fifth match in the second round has to be a number seen twice. So at least one of his numbers is 17 or 41 or 43.

Lotto numbers for the
4th round of the 2nd Purple Lottery
3 - 4 - 16 - 20 - 27 - 33 - 44
Still in...
All new numbers today. Now we need to have at least 3 numbers to survive and there have only been 4 rounds.
