Re: Clear Sleeves
So I have a working prototype of the Juggling Cylinder. I need to finish the outsides, and apply finish, but it works. It will be coming with me to MPP 10.5 fo people to have a play. In terms of production, It will take around 10 hours to make each one. For a puzzle which is 1.5" x 2" it would not be cheap. As with all of my work, there's no CNC here, it's all hand done, so take into account the materials, and the time, this would be a costly puzzle! I will look at other avenues, but I feel that the wooden copies will be rather limited.
If people want to see pics of the WIP, let me know.
On the other topic of making more sleeves, if I was to be persuaded to make more, I'd be doubling my cost, as I'm fed up making them!

BTW .. thanks for my sleeve.
Very nice job and well worth the money - even at twice the price - after all I can't make one, at any price !

Re: Clear Sleeves
I've known how he feels since starting to make small runs of puzzles. By the time I reach 10-15 of something I'm ready for a new something. Still, I do this for fun, with no pressure. I'm not trying to make a living doing this!ezamover wrote:

Re: Buyers and Sellers
If Neil ever decided to make more and offer them for sale again I would buy 6.
Just putting that out there in the case he is wondering if there is enough potential market to make another run of them.
