Chris is awesome about dealing with damaged in delivery puzzles. He replaced my pins and then he sent my silver with three different types of padding.

Well, Im sure the blue atleast was damaged before it was annodized and somehow squeaked through QA. I have faith, Im a great customer to have, since Im very easy going when it comesto this type of thing. I know "it" happens

Got a reply. The sleeves will be replaced FOC. Apparently these are just some of the quality issues that have been plagueing him lately.

Hopefully these pictures will give some people a small idea of what he has to deal with with trying to get the golds out on time, and that Chris really is doing his best, he just wont accept substandard quality to get it done on time.

Hi, this is my first post as I ordered my first Revomaze yesterday. Can't wait for it to arrive. It is the Series I Blue all metal one. I found it on the Puzzle Master site which is based in Canada and ordered it from there. After doing that, I learned of this site and that I could have ordered directly from Revomaze. For those of you in the USA, where should I be ordering my next ones from?

The lime is tempting, but I have not even learned to crawl yet. I think I had better learn the blue first. I must admit that the incredible number of colors and versions is a bit overwhelming for a newbie. I'm thinking of the green v1 next.
