Re: Red
are the RedX & RedO actually different puzzles? At first they appear to be, but after giving them a play, they seem so different. Anyone else experience the same thing?

Re: Red
Each RevoMaze Obsession is very similar to its Extreme counterpart when it comes to the basic maze pattern. This also goes for the red.
The feeling (and sound) of moving the pin through plastic differs from the metal, but you already know that.
Without spoiling anything, what "seems so different" to you in the red?

To my knowledge, the red plastic and the red metal are different. At least I have been told so. The metal version should be easier than the plastic (maybe?).

Why would a plastic versus a metal puzzle be anymore efficient? I am not sure what you mean.Gdamatov77 wrote:^ this is what i keep hearing from many people, but i cant figure out why so. it doesnt make sense. wouldnt a plastic one be more efficient

Re: Red Progress
well, i mean in my opinion, be able to grasp the plastic is much easier than the extreme. or at least i think so in my opinion. the bronze and red i own are hard to grab in comparison to the plastic grab. It also makes a bit of sense considering their is a training aid for sale. but that is kinda what i understood from the whole selling of a product like that.
I definitely found the plastics to be easier to grab.

Re: Red Progress
So Gabi, you've decided to tackle the red with the obsession and not the extreme. It is much easier to grasp, isn't it. Please keep us updated with your progressGdamatov77 wrote:well, i mean in my opinion, be able to grasp the plastic is much easier than the extreme. or at least i think so in my opinion. the bronze and red i own are hard to grab in comparison to the plastic grab. Re: Red Progress
^no, i havent even touched the obsession yet. im asking what could possibly make the red obsession harder than the extreme. i've only used the extreme, and not the obbsession. but i am saying that in my opinion, the plastic is easier to keep a steady hold on, than the extreme metal

I could tell you... but then I'd have to edit myself... and that'd just be silly wouldn't itGdamatov77 wrote:im asking what could possibly make the red obsession harder than the extreme.

True, it probably is easier to keep a steady hold on an obsession... but if you have both then I recommend the extreme firstGdamatov77 wrote:i've only used the extreme, and not the obbsession. but i am saying that in my opinion, the plastic is easier to keep a steady hold on, than the extreme metal

Re: Red Progress and Help
I have only briefly messed around with red but I'd imagine the metal version would be easier. I found the plastic versions of blue and green to be harder to solve. There is a certain feel the metal puzzles have that the plastic versions don't.
