Whether it was intentional or not, it still happens! I get a block between my brain and my mouth when I hear/see/feel or even THINK about the sensation which makes me unable to speak. The same thing happens with the scraping of seat belts or like fabrics, but I've recently discovered that dry erase markers being used on paper towels is THE WORST! That one shut me up for a good 15 minutes.

Anyone else have odd hang-ups?

I've gotta keep this thread in mind for when I get some of my crazy ideas.

That being said, I have a very visual imagination...to the point where I can take any item I've seen enough of and rotate it in my mind in 3 dimensions (which is why I've been able to do mental mapping on these puzzles up to this point).

My mind runs all around the place, so at least when I'm not too tired, I may be putting my random thoughts on this thread.

I've always been told by friends and co-workers that it's fairly rare. With that in mind, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people on these forums could do it.

Mental Spacial awareness is not something that the general population is good at. Most people here though are people who enjoy puzzles..... So spacial awareness is like second nature to us.
